Ealing's Parenting Service offers parenting programmes held in groups and one-to-one sessions. This services aims to support all parents with parenting needs, however focus is mainly on families with more complex problems who may already be working with other organisations to try and resolve them.
Parenting programmes accessible via the Ealing Parenting Service currently include:
Provides parents/carers with positive practical and fun ways of guiding children so they can manage their feelings and behaviour. Parents/carers can attend the generic programme or targeted programme such as the Neurodevelopmental Needs, Islamic Values or Additional Needs.
Aims to help parents build positive relationships with their children, whilst at the same time teaching strategies to manage any unacceptable behaviour.
Offered to parents of children who have social and communication needs/ diagnosed with Autism and/or Autism delay, The programme's objectives are to promote children's emotional regulation, social competence, language skills, school readiness and relationships with others.
A course welcoming all parents who would like to work on their parenting skills and build positive relationships with their children. A targeted course is also accessible for parents/carers of children with ASD, ADHD or conduct disorders.

If you are a parent who would like to attend a parenting programme, please speak to a professional supporting you and your family such as a GP, social worker, family support worker etc. to make a referral on your behalf.
