Scope- Kickstart Employment Support Programmme

Kickstart is a one to one support programme for people in London who have a disability and would like some support applying for jobs.

The programme is run by Scope- the disability equality charity. Specialist employment advisors can offer support and help you understand and achieve your career goals.

Support offered includes:

  • Confidence building
  • Writing your CV
  • Searching for jobs
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Career advice
  • Ongoing support once you’ve found a job, with things like pay and reasonable adjustments.

Meetings will be arranged to meet your advisor for support sessions in a public place such as a library or in Scope’s office at the Lido Centre in Ealing. In order to access the service, please register online by completing the form found on the website.

If you have any problems completing the form, you can email kickstart@scope.org.uk

Scope also run a 7 week pre employment programme, to help build confidence, develop interview skills and more. Find out about the Scope Starting Line pre-employment programme
